Our final podcast for this academic year is here for all @schools to listen to at your leisure and features a new school to the Well School community in Bourne Academy in Bournmouth discussing all things wellbeing and social mobility, and the challenges of delivering outcomes for young people in a coastal community.

We have launched a new series of Well Schools podcasts with a new brand and image. We will be bringing to life and range of topics relating to the future of education, special features on aspects such as kindness and empathy.

We will also have the usual in-depth look at a Well School Culture and what it means to be a Well School that values staff wellbeing (Well Led) and the physical, social and emotional development of all children and young people (Well Equipped & Well Prepared)

Series 2 episode 3 has landed with the amazing @fadam from Crown Hills Community College where he is discussing a Well School culture among other things, and where he will also mention the excellent Staff Wellbeing Charter they have developed.
