Relationships and Regulation - An approach to teaching behaviour

At Kensington we’ve been developing our approach to behaviour over the past few years. We strongly subscribe to the view that behaviour is a form of communication. We have worked to develop an approach that supports the teaching of behaviour rather than the managing of it. I’ve attached our Relationships and Regulation policy that we have developed, as well as a case study from Achievement for All on the approach:
