Action for Happiness

There are lots of great resources on this website including monthly calendars. I really like these as they give me a regular focus/reminder to do something for myself

November’s is entitle ‘New Ways November’ and is all about trying new things. This helps to boost our well-being by keeping us curious, engaged and to help improve our self-confidence. It is aimed at adults but most of the activities are also suitable for young people.
